Shipping options
- Standard shipping: $8
- Free standard shipping: on orders of $70 or more
- Express shipping: $15
Delivery timing
Available delivery estimates and shipping options are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Carrier transit times can vary, and holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control may cause delays.
Shipping costs
Your available shipping options and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders that qualify for the $70 free-shipping threshold receive free standard shipping.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking information shows that a package is delayed, please allow the carrier time to complete delivery. If a package appears to be lost or there is another delivery issue, contact us at lovingeyecandy@yahoo.com with your order number and tracking information so we can review the issue and help with next steps.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.
